NEW JOB & NEW LIFE
The program was shaped for the entry-level sales service associate to increase awareness of and improve skills related to front-line work in the retail environment. Intended to be part of the first phase along a continuum of training and earning credentials. The Customer Service and Sales curriculum is aligned with industry standards, as determined and validated by retail companies across the United States. Some course highlights:
The Law, Public Safety, Corrections and Security Career Cluster helps prepare students for planning and management in careers that provide public safety, protective services, and homeland security, including professional and technical support services. As a candidate in the Physical Security Program, we emphasize providing our Adult learners with the highest quality customer service and security services. Adult learners can choose from three certifications:
The program prepares students in the fundamentals of building maintenance, building maintenance systems, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical trades. Building Maintenance candidates will also learn basic customer service and communication skills in the context of the building maintenance industry. As a candidate in the Building Maintenance Program, we emphasize providing our Adult learners with the highest quality of customer service and maintenance services. Adult learners can choose from three certifications:
