The community features award winning architecture and exterior details. The unique development in Capitol Hill has 38 market rate town homes and affordable rental homes configured as townhomes over flats. The townhomes feature 3 bedrooms 2.5 baths and main level great rooms. The development was constructed after the demolition of an abandoned public housing project and included training and employment programs for former residents. Construction financing through PNC bank and the District of Columbia Housing Authority.
- 2Bryant Street
This community involved the rehabilitation and reconfiguration of an existing public housing project. Multi level units were combined to create townhomes and existing townhomes were redesigned and expanded. The units were then sold to previous public housing residents and other income qualified buyers. Employment and housing counseling services were also offered. Construction financing through PNC bank, Fannie Mae and the District of Columbia Housing Authority.
- 3Capitol View
This development, completed in partnership with WISH, resulted in the rehabilitation and conversion to cooperatives of an existing public housing project. The 91, 2 and 3 story townhomes were rehabilitated and then sold to existing public housing residents under a limited equity co-op structure. Construction financing through National Cooperative Bank , Fannie Mae and the District of Columbia Housing Authority.

This unique single level community provides high density mixed age and income housing in a rural setting with close proximity to the amenities and facilities of Easton, MD. The development is designed to accommodate seniors with 93 apartment homes that feature individual entrances, single level design, individual washers and dryers and garden areas for each home. The development also provides a pool and fitness center as well as a computer lab and media area. Private financing from Wells Fargo with public funding from HOME.
- 5WoodMont Homes
These single family homes are located in a unique oasis in the city. Woodmont is surrounded by parkland yet downtown is only minuets away. Hillcrest features convenient Pennsylvania Ave access and an exclusive address. These developments offer groundbreaking alternatives for buyers east of the river. The Homes at Woodmont and Hillcrest were priced from the mid $200’s to the $500’s . The projects were financed with private funds from Washington First Bank and public funds from DHCD through CHTDC.
